Because QuickDrop is delivered digitally and can be downloaded and activated immediately after purchase, please review this policy — and the product page — before completing your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
All QuickDrop purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. To request a refund, use the link in your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt, contact Lemon Squeezy support directly, or contact us at info@quickdrop.es and we will guide you through the applicable process.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated case by case and are subject to applicable law and to Lemon Squeezy's own policies as Merchant of Record. We do not guarantee a refund in every case, and purchases are not automatically final — this is not an "all sales are final" policy.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have statutory rights regarding digital content and withdrawal that exist independently of this policy. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or waive any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived under the law of your country of residence.
License After a Refund
If a purchase is refunded or reversed — for example through a chargeback — the associated license key may be deactivated or revoked.
